I stopped into this location yesterday and noticed these black clover brand baseball caps significantly marked down as if they were almost half the normal price. The thing is, THESE caps are absolutely not the same quality as the normal black clover caps that cost $36 & $38. THESE caps are made with noticeably thinner material. So, who's scamming here? Is black clover scamming Nordstrom? Or is Nordstrom scamming consumers?

My 8-year-old son and I went shopping for the cold season, and our bill was over $700. We spent some time making sure we got the right sizes for the items we picked. The checkout line was a bit slow because they had three carts of shoes to process, and I’m not sure what was going on there.

Finally, the cashier checked us out and handed us all our clothes in two large paper bags. As we exited, the security guard came after us and asked me to come back to the store because the alarm had supposedly gone off. I don’t believe it did.

He asked me to put the bags down and try leaving the store—once, twice, and then a third time—while my 8-year-old son watched, confused about what was happening. No alarm went off at any point. It was incredibly frustrating, and I won’t be shopping at that store again. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.

This is it! An exceptional place with such a variety of great brands, quality and good staff. At Nordstrom Rack you can find great gifts, clothing and shoeware like no other. This stores are growing bigger than the main stores and here is why. A great price-value orientation store.

Came back and guess what, you know it. Contactless payment works, very good all. Me and my beau need exercise meaning shopping and when we were inside Nordstrom we heard it, their intercom, that their contactless payment system works. Wow.. I have changed my review from 2 stars to five stars because of this experience and their staff very pleasant.

Another anomaly, method of payment - contactless not working. No sign that contactless payment not working although it shows apple pay at their front entrance but soon ur in their counter for payment their employee doesn’t know.

I am only giving it 3stars because of misleading payment. There are signs plastered all over the place for Apple Card payment, however when you are getting ready to payment .. error .. Sucks yo!

Mind you that this was my second time shopping at this location. My first time, Sep. 05, 2022 Labor Day. I figured it was a one time thing that their payment system malfunctioned. I definitely checked with my issuer but no data gone through in their system for I know this because I used it a lot.

Look. It is also X’mas and shoppers may think other wise if payment system is not fixed, to the least post a sign that “contactless payment system is temporarily not available” I meant to the least.

I love this store! I hate going threw the racks, but I love a bargain! I always find to much here! Can never leave without spending $100! I think this store has the best designer shoe selection. I’ve shopped quite a bit in there downtown SF store off 9th. I’ve also been a regular in Emeryville! This is the spot for the designer shoes!!

They also carry Bliss products. I hardly see them at any other Nordstrom Rack store. I’m a bliss groupie so when I find a sale I’m there!! If you haven’t tried Bliss products yet DO! Amazing face, hair and body products.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful! I’ve never had an issue at any store. The luxury of shopping at the Nordstrom Rack is you can go to any associate and tell them you would like to pay with your Nordstrom card and you don’t have to wait in line. They grab a battery operated scanner, scan your items and away you go!

Asked them for a price tag of a sunglasses or offered them my price if there’s no way to find it. They put a price of other item and said that that’s the one for the sunglasses I want to buy. I checked it the product number on the price tag and the one on the item. Figured out it’s incorrect and talked to a manager. She did look for another price again and put a new price tag that has no product name, no product number, just the random store number that I can’t check myself. Definitely a random price and lie. They didn’t do anything for proving me a price that almost twice more expensive for the first time. Not even said sorry or providing the customer discount, etc. Terrible customer service and the worst Nordstrom rack I’ve even been to. Pics of the price tags provided.
