Not the greatest. I needed a laptop fixed. Talked to the owner Norm about it and the October deadline for Windows 10. When I brought it in, he wasn't there. The woman who took my info and laptop didn't have the greatest personality. She insisted that the Windows 10 support ended in January 25, which both Norm and I know is not true bc we just discussed it. Then she gave me a receipt with no information whatsoever on what I dropped off. When I asked her to put it on the receipt she gave me a dirty look. I could have dropped off anything.

First off I’m gonna say how great Norm and Lori are. After fixing my pc problems they gave me advice to help maintain my pc and recommended me parts. Overall amazing business. Will be recommending to my friends!

Steer clear of this place, I walked into fix hoses for my cooling system for computer. He downgraded my graphics card, memory card and cooling system and charged me for stealing my expensive computer parts and replacing them with older sub compatible parts. He's a con. Definitely the right place aging man owns and usually he has mid set long hair grey lady who runs the counter. If I could give 0 stars I would.
