This business is such a joy to work with, Justin and co gave us a great deal on a dump trailer and when there was a warranty issue they didn’t hesitate to get the unit in the shop and make things right within a day. This was a great experience. Then we decided to put a trailer hitch and did our brand new Subaru Forester and we did not hesitate to call Northpoint. The job was done right, quickly and at a very fair price. Do not hesitate to contact Northpoint trailer I’m sure they will give you a great deal and excellent service.

This review is for the trailer specifically. Do your homework!
Bought a Challenger In September 2020. I hadnt done a lot of research assuming they were mainly all constructed similarly. I use the trailer for my small handyman business. I do some highway traveling with it, but mostly local. After a visual inspection recently I realized the roof header at the front of the trailer is weak, causing the roof panel to shift, I assume it will probably eventually compromise the seal to where it will start leaking. This trailer is basically a tin can, the front panel is very wavy now, very poor quality material.I put a call into the manufacturer who really didn't want to hear it. So I guess time will tell, definitely recommend shop around, my father recently purchased a Forest River for a couple hundred dollars more than I paid, the trailer is very solid and well constructed.

Because I didn't bought my trailer with them they don't want to fix mines wich my trailer spartan trailer contact them to repair a trailer on warranty wich they gonna pay for it. This mf tell me to try and seal it with silicone.. talks alot about the type of work you trying to do on ppls trailers.. im paying almost 25k for this trailer and this mf tell me to sealed it with silicone.. lmfao.. I bet he's house is all packed up with silicone. Asking me where I bought the trailer and why I didn't brought the trailer to them.. garbage service!

Bought an Aluma trailer from them and told them that I wanted to haul 2 four wheelers on it. They said it should work. 2 months later I got my second four wheeler and there was no way that 2 would fit. When I called them to see what we could do they suggested that I sell it and buy another one. I asked about bringing it back since i never used it and had it stored in my garage and they said they would but would have to knock $ 900 dollars off what I paid for it only 2 months ago. That is ridiculous to take that kind of loss I told them. Our conversation ended in them saying they couldn't help me but would gladly sell me another trailer. So be careful all they care about is selling not customer service. There are a lot of other places who care. So now I have a new trailer to sell they say its used. And don't let their answer sway you because they said it WOULD WORK.

Just purchased an enclosed trailer for my business. Dealing with Justin was great. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating! We were pushed for time but they got as approved , prepped and out the door with our new trailer in no time at all! Highly recommend!

I drove almost 3 hrs from NY to a shop down the road from North point to look at a truck that ended up being sold. Well we passed NORTHPOINT never even heard of them before and seen a truck by the road. Stopped and talked with John and him as well as the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Ended up driving back down a few days later to drive the truck home after talking with my bank. And they were amazing the second time I was there and made sure everything was set to go before I arrived. I highly recommended them and plan on going back for a trailer in a year or 2!
