Customer service was seriously lacking. There was no clear way to find post tax out the door pricing. When i asked if they give a first time discount the worker responded with "Well that depends on how much you're going to spend." The worker did not give me a clear number on how much was required to spend to receive said discount. I asked what deals were currently running, was informed of 1 of the 3 deals i had seen online before visiting. The product i purchased (flower) had a package date of 08/26/2024 and clearly was losing quality already sadly.
Overall i went out of my way to try a new dispensary in the central valley. After seeing the lack of budget friendly products let alone friendly staff its clear this spot is just taking advantage of its position in Kern County as of now. If the market becomes further saturated they will be forced to compete and offer a greater variety of products and appreciate the people that walk through the door a little more.

Just a heads up to the new customers. You will get taxed like crazy here since it’s like a legit dispensary. Bought something for $60 and $30 was the tax on it and ended up paying $90. At the store pre-rolls were listed $15 but saw they charged $30. I wasn’t really paying attention when I was paying but I got out the store and saw the receipt and when I went back inside to return. The nice security guard said they can’t return it. So just a heads up… if I knew this before going in I wouldn’t have gone.
