I want to thank Leslie the owner for all the help she gave my daughter on finding the perfect wedding dress. She had a very beautiful collection and the price isn’t bad either.. needless to say my daughter found her Cinderella dress from here and with Covid-19 it’s really hard on these small businesses so I am happy we shopped here instead of the bigger companies. It was a cute homey feeling bridal shop and u won’t b disappointed.. Leslie was very helpful and stood by my daughter as she looked and tried on dresses.. I recommend this little place.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I bought my wedding dress at this shop a year and a half prior to the wedding date. The shop owner assured me she could do all the necessary alterations. ONE WEEK prior to my wedding, she gave me my dress - completely screwed up and wrong. The sleeves on the dress were misshapen and sewn HORRIBLY. The hem on the dress was crooked! Some of the most basic alterations clearly could not be handled.

I ended up having to take my wedding dress to another seamstress just 4 days before the wedding in order to have it fixed. The second seamstress told me that the work on the dress was laughably bad - that not even an apprentice would have done work that terrible.

Do not have alterations done at this shop. You may find a nice dress from this butcher, but DO NOT LET HER ALTER IT.

Bought a dress in full nearly a month ago for the beginning of this week (week of October 5th) because my homecoming is the 5th. Already had my nail appointment scheduled and needed to order me and my dates corsage and boutonnière by the beginning of this week to ensure that I would have them by homecoming. Didn’t get a call until today, Friday the 4th, that my dress was done. You’d think she’d give herself more time in case the dress didn’t fit after alterations. She refuses to give me a refund because I “own the dress” even though she was incredibly late getting it done and didn’t even give me a call to say she was running a bit late on getting the dress done. But no, instead she waiting until the day before when I very specifically asked for it to be done the very beginning of the week. In conclusion, save yourself the hassle and time and go to somewhere with better selection and better service.

When you spend the kind of money that you do on a wedding you hope to have friendly, smiling service. Surly is what you get here. You really feel like you are a nuisance rather than a valued customer.
