The business owner Jill is so incredibly sweet and helpful! I recently started an art project, and the shop had everything I was looking for. I just visited the new location and it was absolutely stunning! When I found out earlier this year that the original location was closing due to the new building owners I was so bummed, and so were many others in the Ojai community. But after visiting the new location, I'm so happy because it is beautiful and so much more spacious! Thank you Jill for keeping Ojai Creates alive and for keeping an art store in Ojai Valley, because there are many of us who want to shop locally!!

They had a little bit of everything from puzzles coloring book to more specialized frames for painting paint brushes,pastels, watercolors you just have to pop in there and see for yourself.

I am always treated with care and kindness here, and I can always share my art and craft work ,and through doing so, I get helpful advice, maybe also bump into a few local artists, I love being open to explain the supplies I want and, the supplies I need to accomplish my vision. I have a order coming in next week for a macrame kit, and epoxy resin kit, I love how affordable and varied the supplies are for each medium of art or craft. This is my one stop - local art/ craft / hobby shop! Thank you for helping make my dreams come true!

The owners are amazing and so talented with there art. The store always has the art supplies I'm looking for. P.S. if your looking for a blue crab they don't have that, that's the one thing they don't have.

Went in to find a big wood frame. They did not have one but the lady minding the store took the time to look in the internet to find one and gave me the website that might have one. Very helpful.
