I LOVE this Old Navy! They have amazing sales and the staff is always super helpful and friendly. I went the day after Christmas and they pointed me towards the best deals and clearance racks. The store is also very well kept. Definitely a shopping fave!

Size range has gone way downhill, not just in store but also online/order for pick-up. Prices have gone up, too. This specific location had good, fast service at the register, but the brand as a whole brought this rating way down.

Half my wardrobe is old navy, really good shirt designs for people who like art on the back of the shirt and a little emblem on the front. That’s my staple. But love how if they don’t have your size, you can have them ship it to your house! And if you become a rewards member, it’s actually the more you spend, the more you save, it’s not a trap

I love this Old Navy! Granted, it's not always super organized or spotless but that's usually how in demand retail stores are. The staff as a whole are all sweet. I really like the brand as a whole but the people that work make it better. You won't have pushy associates asking you if they can help you 24/7 and I really appreciate that, I like being able to shop on my owe without having something on my back helping me shop. Overall very pleased with this store!

I found the prices extremely high in comparison to the clothing quality. $34.00 for children’s jeans? Wow!

Old Navy was a go-to for many working class folk who were looking for moderately priced yet stylish clothing.... great place for school shopping.

Upon a recent $24.00 return, the store clerk quickly tried to issue me a card for 20.00. I corrected her immediately. Then after making a new selection with additional item, I was offered 25% less with approval for a store credit card. I was approved.

Ignorantly, I surmised with my credit of $24.00 and the 25% off...my purchase would be approx $10.00.

Wrong! I was not allowed to use my gift combined the the credit card approval! The clerk handling the sale knew I had the gift card.

Needless to say I was disappointed and felt foolish for getting bamboozled. I cancelled my credit card ASAP and will never shop Old Navy again!

So nice to see women older then 35 years old working. Lisa and her co-worker were so kind and helpful to me---vs the kids who sit on their phones and don't have time of day for anyone. Boy have the generations changed.... for the worse. Thank you Lisa and your kind co-worker!!!
