The level of care and service I received from Allen at the Malibu location was unbelievable. After losing my house in the Palisades fire and having my glasses burned, Allen went above and beyond to help me with my frames and prescription! I will forever buy my frames from Allen and OP Malibu!

First off, my name is Danny and I wanted to say that I just received some of the best customer service by David and wanted to put him on blast. He is an absolute gem for the company. Usually always wearing black, he has white hair and clean shaven. I believe he has over 20 years experience in the craft. Extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about every set of glasses sold ever sold by this company. I have visited the store on multiple occasions and purchased glasses throughout the years. I live less than a mile away from the Oliver Peoples on sunset and much prefer to drive an hour and 10 minutes out of my way just because of the difference in experience that I receive and in customer service from the Malibu location. Specifically due to David. I usually call ahead of time to see if he will be working. I have collected multiple glasses throughout the years, that you can no longer purchase. Without hesitation David is willing to help me, if I have broken them or my dog has chewed through a pair of limited editions. David has always been there to help. And once again without failure. I was there 3 days ago and a pair of glasses that I took to the sunset store that was given back to me as if nothing was done to it. He was able to fix it within 15 minutes. Also showing me new glasses that are comparable and explaining to me the differences in craftsmanship and materials. I just wanted to tell this man thank you, you are much appreciated and your gratuity and professionalism is not over looked.

Allen is the greatest Oliver Peoples Person Ever!
I have been a customer for over forty years. But it wasn’t until I met Allen at the Malibu store did I realize how wonderful it was to mix up eyeglass styles.
Now I rotate 10 different styles. And today I bought a new frame style…. Thanks to Allen the adventure continues!!!!!!!

Love Oliver Peoples and Mr Leight… quintessential california classic sheik sunglasses. Allen from the Malibu store was great, even adjusting and cleaning the sunglasses that we were wearing before coming in. It was fun geeking out about the brands with him, to which he acknowledged my being a collector/ og fan.

I've been looking for a particular pair of sunglasses in a particular color. This store had a great selection and had the pair in stock. Dave, the sales person was attentive, helpful, sized the glasses to my head, cleaned and prepped them, and mentioned a great promotion that saved me considerable money. It was a great experience with excellent service.
