The associate asked if I had bought the bottle of water I walked in with. I said do you sell Redner's water. The associate said no and I said I guess I didn't steal it. The bottle of water I brought I put on the counter in front of him to pay for something. So the associate could clearly see where the bottle came from.

This place is quick, prices are high but in comparison to most chain convience stores I find it is priced lower. As far as service, some days it's Mr. "Hell will freeze over before you will catch me smiling," others it's the young one who notices your need to check out only when his personal cell stops ringing (and he seems to be we quite popular) then there is the young extremely sweet and courteous exact opposite of Mr popular pleasant and helpful and of course there is the one that every store needs, he sings loudly and with enthusiasm while executing little well timed dance moves through the check out process. You have to wonder who you will encounter each trip but to me this is all part of the charm of this local small business and only minimally detracts from the convience of this convience store!

This one kid that works at night, with really curly hair is racist. Me and my cousin went In __there last night and he called my cousin a nigger. I was appalled, where is this boy parents. They forgot to teach him the customers always right

Customer service is always needed major work. The new sales clerk is very friendly and Is the only reason I continued to shop there for there are limited convenience stores in my area. The evening clerks need to be more friendly and realise that customers are the reason your store exists not the other way around.

The kid that works in there is the worst. He is so disrespectful. Clearly the entitled son of whoever owns the store. That kid needs to learn.

I will be standing at the counter ready to check out, and hell just be sitting 2 feet from me on his ipad watching tiktok videos ignoring me.

I get charged ($) something different everytime I am in there.

Pottstown doesnt need this store. Zero added value, all they bring is trash business ownership who doesnt respect their customers.

I am never shopping there again, and I used to spend quite a bit. SMH

Pretty decent place especially if you need some snacks at 3am..... The old guy works over night is a jerk tho
