I recently stopped at the Onvo Travel Plaza during a road trip back to New York and had an excellent experience. The gas station itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making the refueling process smooth and hassle-free. Inside, I grabbed a meal from the Burger King, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and the friendliness of the staff. The restrooms were spotless, a rarity for many travel plazas, and there were plenty of amenities to make the stop convenient and comfortable. This rest area proved to be a great pit stop, offering everything needed for a pleasant break from the road. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a clean and efficient place to rest and refuel.

I broke down on the highway and was able to limp my truck into the lot here. For a little truck stop, they had exactly what I needed to get back on the road. It was a friendly and clean place, and the restaurant was clean and quick as well. I fixed my truck and went on down the road a happy driver!

Stop by for breakfast and restroom on our way to Niagara falls. small and convenient. There's a Burger King and petrol station attached to it.

TRUCKERS BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISING TO DRAW YOU IN. BEWARE I PULLED IN AND BOUGHT FUEL BECAUSE THE SIGN SAID 4.09 THE PUMP SAID CASH GETS .06 CENT DISCOUNT. WENT IN FOR FINAL RECEIPT PAID CASH AND THEY CHARGED ME 4.13. Actual price was 4.19 a falling .10 cents more than what they draw you in with. Beware

More bus station than truck stop. Was informed by staff they get as many as 40 buses a day stopping through. When you're here you see a non-stop parade of Grayhounds pulling up and letting folk off for a break.

A busload of diners will quickly wipe out food ready to go at Burger King and you'll have to wait a bit will they recoup.

Cleanliness was ok. Wasn't the best I've seen, far from the worse.

I never like to give bad reviews but sadly the restroom in the establishment was horrific. It was severally unclean and a biohazard. The restrooms were so unclean I doubt in my opinion that any employee has even seen the inside of it for days. If you come too this travel plaza dont be swayed by the cleaner interior of the store but the restroom and restaurant food was nauseating. But none the less the sunsets in the mountains here are amazing and breathtaking, but has nothing to do with the actual quality of this location.

Our bus stopped for 10 minutes to let passengers board. I bought groceries for $10 and we left. Then, they charged a $175 commission for a $10 from my card. What kind of scam is this?

The staff is managed to handle lulls and huge movements of people. They do that well, outside of large service you will get a relaxed crew but that is no blame to them. A rush place warrants tha environment due to the nature of the buses stopping.
