UPS Stire is fabulous. Tiffs hair salon great. New Sipsters Coffee Grest. Laundry staff on it and helpful.

We use the laundry mat that has been remodeled and makes for a better experience to wash our clothes. While waiting for the clothes to be done we eat at the mexican restaurant that is there and if one is craving treats there is Betty cakes also in the same lot. So makes for a great place to do laundry.

I use the laundromat here. It is the best laundromat facility in Oroville. There is a popular barbershop right next door and also what appears to be a rather busy Mexican take out. But I haven't tried either of those places yet. So, no review.

There's a little Mexican food place tucked away in this strip mall that is easily overlooked and often missed. But once you discover it, you'll keep coming back. Great food, never crowded.

Went to Food Maxx for ice and creamer, milk. I like their ice because the shape of the 'cubes'. They are cylindrical and fit perfectly through the opening of my water bottle.

This little plaza has everything I need. Raleys and Marshall's and food and postal service. CSAA Insurance office and more.
