Got my 2013 Prius there yesterday and absolutely LOVE it!!

People and salesmen were friendly. I bought a 2023 compass and love it; except for the fact that two days after driving it off the lot I noticed the fog lights weren't working. I called the service department to have them look at it. They responded that my 6 thousand dollar bumper to bumper service packet doesn't cover that. So at the moment I don't know how I feel about my 43k purchase

Update on the truck saga! We went to see Roberto at Orr Truck Center of Yell County in Russellville. They went above and beyond to help us out! We now have a Nissan Frontier that will easily haul the scooter and lift! We can’t say enough great things about this dealership for helping us out of a bad situation that Smith Ford in Conway caused. We will definitely be back to see them cor future purchases!

I bought a car from Walter here. During the sale he listened to me and answered All of my questions and concerns. He worked with my budget and needs and found the car that work best for me. Not only that, But he has really been there after the sale. I'm making this review 3 months after and Walter has been a phone call away for any of my issues. They even called just to make sure was still happy with it. Walter wants you to send your family and to buy from him again so he takes care of all of his customers more than your average salesman. Definitely recommend.
