Out There has a great selection of outdoor apparel and accessories, many of which are hard to find elsewhere in the greater Philadelphia area. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and there’s a dog. Can’t ask for much more. Prices are competitive and there are several annual sales. One of my favorite stores in the region.

i'm a huge junkie for anything grateful dead related. i also love outdoor clothing brands such as patagonia, faherty etc. well, this store has both - it's probably my new favorite store in the area. the staff is ridiculously friendly and knowledgeable about all the brands too, such as the warming technology behind the jacket. mega cool place, will definitely return soon!

I was just in the store ready to spend over $100 dollars and the not so subtle lady working there with short hair pretended like she was doing something only to watch what I was doing so I dropped my stuff and left. You don’t work in a Designer store. Will never go again

DONT Waste you're time with this company. Ordered nearly $1200 worth of stuff on their website. Get an email back stating my order was canceled due to them not having a box big enough. Lol use separate boxes, Hello! Called them about it and they tell me there is nothing they can do. They make absolutely no effort to take care of their customers or complete and fufill orders they didn't mind selling. Hard think outside the box when you don't use your brain. What good is a company selling goods online to ship if you can't ship them or won't put in the effort to.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. There is absolutely no way to get hold of anyone to check order status. I have called at least 15 times, tried the "Chat" option, emailed, etc. No call back, no email back and the Chat option...no response. The only thing keeping from giving a 1 star review is that when I go on this site and everyone raves about the product and I see the "owner" respond thanking them for the review. My high hopes is that the owner responds to my inquiry and Informs me of whether I will receive my order anytime.soon.

You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.

Amazing Shopping Experience! I needed to pick up some Christmas gifts to impress my teen and 20 something bougie kids, Heidi hit it out of the park with her recommendations! The kids were super happy this year with their lightweight warm outerwear and other gifts! Thank you for the personal attention to detail, loved the gift boxes too, this store has amazing customer service and cares about your needs, I will be back!
