Outlook Construction was very easy to work with. I took a home from their wide selection of house plans and Outlook sat with me to make minor tweaks to the selected floor plan to meet the needs of my family and I. Their office had a large display of sample items to see first hand (kitchen cabinets, tiles, bathroom vanity, flooring, cabinet hardware, etc). For items that were not in their office, such as light fixtures, they provided me with contact information for local companies they work with. All companies that work with Outlook, to which I set up appointments and made selections through, were very accommodating and easy to work with. Outlook set up an account for me in an electronic system which made the entire building process seamless and transparent. I was able to see my financial status, pictures, and status updates from my cell phone. I was able to make selections through the electronic system and it made communication very easy. My new house was built in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I get an overwhelming amount of compliments on the house every time I have guests over. I highly recommend Outlook Construction

We purchased a spec home early in construction. We did not choose our lot or layout, but everything else we did. One of the things I love about our home is that it is unique. So many builders offer limited floor plans and you know the layout of all of their homes before walking in. Not ours! Our community is also full of different homes. I love it. I'm pretty particular and Shannon was patient with me.

I expected perfection out of a new home and when things came up after moving in, I quickly learned that new homes have things come up too. Everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. I get that things go wrong sometimes, but what really makes a company (in my opinion) is if they will stand behind their product and work when something does go wrong and make it right! A company that doesn't is a huge problem. So rest assured all will be well. 🙂 When you invest so much money into a home, know that you are choosing a builder that stands behind their product. We love our new home.
