Selection is a bit limited in some items and sizes, however their prices are very reasonable. Their selection of Ktown sneakers (insulated rubber boots) was excellent with all sizes available, including those for big-footed folk wearing men's sizes 13, 14, and 15, plus pretty pastel colors in their women's line. Their price was $55 less than the online price listed by the manufacturer (not including the additional shipping fee) and on Amazon so that really made me smile big time!!

Good customer service. Price of the fishing reel I bought was less expensive than the other big sporting goods store in town. ( Update ) The fishing reel broke down after approximately 10 uses. Pacific Pride stood behind the product and replaced it. I'm very happy with the customer service and the company.

Great spot with an awesome selection of Grundens and Guy Cotten rain gear (they have all the colors of the awesome GC Polartech hoodies) and the prices are competitive with the lower 48 which is a rarity up here. Also noteworthy are a good selection of Spyderco and Kershaw knives- the good Ken Onion designs and not the cheaper Chinese lines.

Myself and my traveling companions made a visit to Pacific Pride during fishing trip to Ketchikan. They have a great selection of rain gear and warm outerwear, but more importantly a vast and varied supply of fishing gear. They definitely aren't a tourist store, but were very friendly and kind to us nonetheless.

Pacific Pride is awesome!

It's like going to your rich uncles house where you can shoot the breeze, talk boats and fishing with a family that knows the game. Everything is there, and if the rare occasion it's not, it is only a barge away. They all care about the positive outcome for your next fishing trip.

If you need to know something about fishing this is the place to go. They have everything you need to catch that big halibut or salmon and make sure you stay dry on the boat. Very courteous staff that are willing to help you get the fishing gear you need.
