These guys are awesome! I had a less than satisfactory experience at another bike shop down the street and a friend of mine said I should try Paco's as they service specialized bikes. It was great to hear there was another place that I could go to in Mill Valley. I can't tell you it was night and day. The service was great, the mechanic was really knowledgeable and they were able to fix my bike in a day after the other shop told me my bike was too old to get parts for and the shock needed to be replaced. It turned out specialized did still have the parts and my shock did not need to be replaced. It just needed air. The net result is one very happy customer. I would recommend these guys all day long and I will be back and referring many friends 🙂

Quality, thoughtful work done by experienced hands, reasonable prices, results delivered with care.

2 punctures, out on Highway 1 without cell connection, not the best start to a 6am ride.

Bumped into Russel who drove me over to his store, fixed my bike, spotted another problem which he fixed at no cost, and sent me off with a free spare tube in case i punctured again.

The generosity was great - even better was the quality and care with which he fixed my bike.

What a great experience I had with Eric(K?) and the crew here yesterday. I had a brake pad that needed adjustment during a ride, and the service crew put it on the stand and gave it the needed tweak immediately. Great attitude and gave me some good pointers on aligning the pistons when changing pads. Great line up of bikes and apparel as well, but you can’t beat the hospitality!
