If i could give it -10 stars I would. Came on a Tuesday around 6 pm was pretty empty staff was ignorant asf laughing at my questions and giving my dirty looks. Lazy girls don’t wanna work no more i guess. Walked out feeling very uncomfortable and sad by how i was Treated.

I’ve never been in this Pandora Store and I’m certain I will never go back. It’s 5:50pm a Thursday 4 associates in the store , my cousin and I walk in they look at us and then look again and I had to speak to them in order to get help. Even once I said hello and they knowledged us finally we still had to walk where they were. They told us you can come over here as if it was going to break her legs to walk to greet a customer. Customer service is definitely a lost art. She was too busy cleaning and counting her own bracelet to be concerned with the customer. Never again.

Today I shopped at the Pandora store in the Willow Grove mall. Admittedly I was a bit reserved after reading all the negative comments about this location. It was the Friday before Thanksgiving and a big sale was happening so the store was fairly busy. I will say the salesperson (didn’t get her name) and the manager Nicole were fantastic! Being a first time buyer they took their time making sure I received what I wanted. They explained how the charm bracelets work and were extremely patient!!
I will definitely be back to this location!

Purchased a few charms and two bracelets from this location and absolutely loved them. The staff at this location for the most part is very pleasant. I would definitely shop here again

The associate that assisted me was a sweetheart I wish I would have got her name. As far as the manager Jisoo definitely rude. I don’t understand why you come into the store for a simple exchange for a ring that a gem came off. Instantly attitude. Do better. I’m not giving you a hard time was very sweet and respectful. And you’re nasty telling me I can’t do one when I’ve been a customer for years and never heard such a thing. I did also ask if I can add and pay for an extra Warranty before the year was up. Jisoo said I couldn’t. If I wanted to I would have to buy a whole different product for that. So I said it’s okay that’s fine I don’t want it but I want my ring fixed at least. Still proceeds to talk disgusting even the assistant that assisted me had to apologize to me. I told her not to it’s not her fault. She should not be a manager. If she’s talking to people who waste their hard earned money.

This is the worst Pandora store in the “Philly” area. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Any time I go hear there’s always new faces and same nasty attitudes. They can never help you in store if you have an issue or a return. Coming from corporate settings I strongly believe they respond based on metrics. Strongly recommend Cherry Hill Mall, Walnut Street, and Fashion District (for basics) but GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can’t wait to submit my complaint on this location in detail after the holiday.
