Overall, not a bad experience. Lots of options, jewelry seems of good quality. We did not talked to Jill (Store Manager), we were talking to Iryna (Sales Rep), it seemed like she was new.

Customer service was definitely lacking, communication was definitely not the best, but Iryna was doing her best I think, service was very slow.

But at the end, with a little bit of patience, my daughter found what she wanted, so she was happy. Will probably go back in the future.

Tons of different options, rings, bracelets, and engraving capabilities!

I had a wonderful experience; I don't know where to begin! I will start off by saying Karemi and Jill exceeded my expectations. Originally, I was dreading the hour-long drive ahead of me, especially with how the traffic is. You see, this store's location is not my home's location. I was in search of the sparkling crown snake chain for weeks, which had been sold out everywhere else.

Once I finally got to this store to exchange my bracelet, I found myself having fun and bonding with the ladies. As Karenmi was handling my exchange, Jill offered to clean all my pandora jewelry, knowing I drove from so far. They wanted to make sure I got taken care of. They listened to me babble on for probably an hour. They made my day as I hoped to have made theirs's... and of course I can never leave without buying another charm... I have a problem, lol.

Needless to say, I finally got my bracelet, and my new charm will have an amazing story behind it... because after all, our charms do tell a story of us. Thank you so-so much Karemi and Jill for the laughs, listening ear, and amazing care! Until next time!

Nice jewelry but customer service is bad. They do not know how to juggle multiple customers. Told me it would 15mins to get assistance. This is why people turn to online shopping.

I wish there was an option of giving ZERO stars to this place as they are absolutely rude and lack the basics of customer service and basic communication skill. I would highly recommend to NOT SHOP here. My wife had bought a Pandora ring from another Pandora location and was missing a couple of cubic zirconias from her ring. She went into this Mission Viejo location and they basically said that nothing could be done and she had to shop at this location to claim a 1-year warranty, she showed her receipt of purchase which was from March, 2024 and she was turned down. A reputed brand with absolutely horrible staff and negligible customer service!

I purchased the engraveable pendant and Rolo necklace on the Dec 22nd for my partner. I called Pandora as I initially inputted the wrong email and spoke with a Jackie from the Mission Viejo location. She advised that she wasn’t able to revise my email at the moment. However, Jackie called me back in less than 5 minutes stating my full order was ready for pick up. I drove all the way down to Mission Viejo, waited nearly 1hr 30m to be given 1/2 items from my order. Jill assisted me and told me the Rolo necklace was out of stock, which it’s not her fault, but she proceeded to show me a necklace that was more expensive and not what I was looking for budget wise. She didn’t assist further in that but recommended me to another jeweler below them. I was so gutted as this was my anniversary gift for my partner. I really don’t understand how this behavior was acceptable as I received no accommodation but an “I’m sorry”. I left the store feeling very upset and I feel no one from the store aided further more than an “I’m sorry”. No call, notification, nothing regarding my order not being fulfilled fully. Terrible experience, would never have business with Pandora again! 0 stars if I could.

We went to a number of pandora stores to try to get our jewelry engraved yesterday. So thankful we found this store and Sam! Sam helped us engrave our gift, gave great advice regarding it, was cheerful and helpful. She listened to our issues as well to turn around an otherwise awful experience. Thank you Sam for your help.
