I can't say enough of about how much of a great experience this was. We were a walk-in and they took us right in and said no problem, we'll make it work....and indeed they did, even with other pre-appointment customers they were tending to! My daughter has yet to find that perfect wedding dress (which is two weeks from this visit!).

Joseph and his mother are the owners and they treated us as if we were VIP. They introduced themselves and got acquainted with us to see how they can best suit our needs. They even brought us to hang out in a private room, while my daughter and wife were deciding on wedding dresses.

The mother owner (Georgette), was awesome. She had asked my daughter a few questions on what she had in mind, came back with 3 dresses, and she nailed it on the first one!

Such an extremely friendly staff, knowledgeable, able to Invision, and satisfy/exceed our expectations! What a great experience that could have been a stressful situation, but not with the Papers & Petals Bridal staff. Thank You Joseph, your mother, and the entire staff!!

Will follow on with the review, after we pick up the dress...we so excited!

PS: The champaign was a nice touch 😉

Update 2/11/2025: Now that the wedding is behind us and things are calming down, I have some time to continue this review. EXCELLENT! The dress fitting and tailoring process and experience continued the great service. Mind you, all this from walking in, was accomplished only two weeks from the wedding. They found our dream dress and they expedited to accommodate our needs. That's service! My daughter was so beautiful for that special day! Thank you so much Papers & Petals! Shout out to Joseph and Georgette! This is a sincere and honest review. Strongly recommend this place!!!

Georgette and her team saved my wedding dress!

I ordered my dream wedding dress from a different store that ordered my dress two sizes too small and then ruined it with an extremely poor tailoring job. Three months before my wedding, my mom reached out to Georgette for advice and Georgette became my absolute angel! She went above and beyond to help me navigate the difficult situation with my credit card after the original store refused to refund my money.

Given Georgette’s experiences and expertise with the Elysee/Enzoani dress designer, she was able to expedite an order for my original dream dress in the correct size, began alterations within a week, and then worked with my busy schedule over subsequent appointments to make sure the dress fit perfectly in all the right places. They even tailored my veil so it matched perfectly with my dress. Everything was pressed and beautiful for the day of my wedding. Their tailor Marie is professional, patient, and very meticulous. Their work is such high quality, all-inclusive, and well worth the price! My dress fit perfectly, and I felt so beautiful and so comfortable! Without the Papers and Petals bridal team, I would not have been able to wear my dream wedding dress and feel as beautiful as I did. I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone they can trust to help navigate the confusing and expensive wedding dress industry.

Beware- owner is unethical and shady. She made up a fee to overcharge me when no other bridal places do this. Don’t let her know your budget

Georgette and her team are absolutely amazing. You get what you pay for. Service, expertise, quality and a genuine customer care. People like Georgette are hard to come by, and when they do hold them near to your hearts.

Less than a week from my wedding date Georgette and her team was able to pull off incredible alterations that Janene’s Bridal couldn’t even do to what they claimed was the fabric of the wedding dress. Georgette and her team were able to create the American bustle and make last minute alterations that made an incredible difference on my wedding day.
