Very nice store with large selection of quality items. Found a great Panama Jack sun hat and my wife found some great shorts. This is not the typical beach t-shirt shop. We will plan to shop here again.

To whom it may concern today my wife and I stopped by your store a little bit after 4:15 p.m. unfortunately we had to park at the very end as most of the parking spaces were taken up and a female with long black hair was standing outside on the edge of your building on her cell phone talking very loudly about other employees that apparently worked with her and how she didn't like them, she also had a walkie-talkie and an earpiece in which leads me to believe she obviously works in your store as your cashier also had the same walkie-talkie and earpiece. As this was unprofessional it was not my biggest concern, my biggest concern was that she was smoking what smelled to be marijuana or the likes of. It is very unprofessional as there were children in your parking lot and she would be high dealing with the public after returning inside. I'm all for freedom and doing what you want in your free time but in the public is a different concern. Your store was great, and the workers I dealt with on the inside were very helpful and respectful. I will be returning on my next vacation however I hope not to run into that mess again. Thank you for your time.

They aren't as bad as you think. Faira was a wonderful person to be around, she is a very interesting person when you get to know her. She helped me a lot while walking around the store, answering questions I might've had. Selena is also a very sweet person and is a joy to start a conversation with.

Other reviews are talking about getting accused of stealing... It's required that if the metal detector goes off, you have to be checked. What if you actually were stealing? You can't really blame them. The teenagers who work here may be shy, but they are very sweet and wiling to help you.

They also have signs that clearly says no refunds. You have to agree to that by buying an item, you honestly can't blame it on them when you weren't paying attention when you bought something.

I work at a pet shop on the Eastern Shore and I loved their shell selection, they will be going home with me to help house the hermit crabs we have. They also stopped selling hermit crabs here themselves because of the treatment of the crabs. That is awesome that they decided to do what is best for the crabs instead of selling them in bad environments to tourists! I have LOTS of respect for that decision. (If you have no idea what I'm talking about, do your research on the proper way to house a hermit crab. Painted shells are poisonous, they are allergic to metals, and they need lots of space and they need substrate to dig. You'd be shocked how differently they need to be cared for rather than how they advertise at the beach.)

The only complaint I would have is the music and how loudly it's played. Being a teenager myself, I didn't like some of the music they played. Just a little quieter so it isn't blaring, and that is the only complaint.

Otherwise, this is a cool store with many cool and eclectic things you can buy. T-shirts and clothes, jewelry, shells, souvenirs, toys and more. Love this place.

We recently purchased a swim shirt from their store. Unfortunately, within a day of use, the vinyl started peeling off. Despite our initial concerns based on other reviews, they promptly addressed the issue and worked with us on a resolution. Now, my daughter is thrilled to have her swim shirt! 🌊👕

I like the place. It has nice merchandise. My grandkids and I made purchases. However, they told me they did not have public restrooms which I think is ridiculous because they deal with the public. I have Crohn's disease and it's very difficult for me to not have access to a restroom. I was told I could go down the street to McDonald's. Typically when I'm told that I will walk out of a store without purchasing anything, but my grandkids had already picked out some stuff they wanted and I hated to disappoint them. If you are a public store and you serve the public, then you should have public facilities. That's all I'm saying.

We went there to purchase a few items. That wasn't the issue. We left but forgot our credit card and didn't realize it until the next day. We attempted to call them left several voicemails as well as texted but no response to see if we indeed leave our card there.
Well I went online to our credit card so we could report it lost when I see multiple charges from Paradise Beach shop. The first one was 3min after we left the business then a second one was made 20 min afterwards.
Be careful who you choose to do business with. Especially if you are not from the area.
We will make sure not to shop there again and I will share this story with my friends so they don't either.
BE WARE!!! BAD BUSINESS...

I visited this store yesterday and purchased 2 necklaces, which had security tags on the sealed bag they were in. When I got back to the house my daughter went to put hers on and the clasp broke. I returned this afternoon to exchange the necklace since the one purchased was faulty. I was told there are no exchanges at all. I spoke with a very hateful woman, who I was told was the owner, who said again no exchanges and then she said I should have checked out the necklace before I purchased it. I told her that was impossible since there was a security tag and it was in a sealed bag. She then told me to never come back, which I am definitely taking that advice. Worst customer service for a 8.99 necklace and they probably lost way more than that from me for future purchases. The owner really should rethink this if that is their true policy. I wasn’t looking for a refund just an exchange for a necklace that was broken and not broken by our doing. In fact that woman would not even look at the faulty product. I would recommend not doing any business with this store ever.
