This is truly an awesome place to live!
I’ve been here for 2.5 years but they offer month to month rental agreements.
It is well managed by a very kind and thorough property manager & his family is wonderful too.

The property and building are safe with good neighbors, security cameras on the property and in the common areas of the building. Entry to building after 10pm is limited to key / coded entry for tenants and guests.

Affordable rates that offer the privacy of the mountains and benefits of a built-in community. There are lots of deer, bunnies, foxes, and other wildlife as it is located right on the canyon with beautiful views, weather, sunrises and sets.

There is on-site laundry available, flat rate utilities, a community garden courtyard, BBQ patio, and service / companion animals allowed.

Lots of families, elderly people, young people & couples; everyone looks out for each other yet respects one another’s privacy.

Moving here was truly a dream come true.
I couldn’t have found a better place for this season of my life & I’m so grateful for the people I’ve been blessed to meet here!

Great family oriented community. The cost of rent/ utilities is affordable! And if those alone weren’t enough to make this place amazing the on site property manager and his family are some of the most kind hearted people I’ve ever met. They do an over the top job taking care of the place and making sure every resident and guest are well taken care of. This place exceeds every expectation.
