Car broken into, no attendant ever, hardly any security cameras. I should have known. Terrible place and will avoid in the future.

I parked at this location and paid for 12 hr for parking and exit on time. They sent me a violation ticket $90 +$5 convenience fee to be paid after two weeks. My parking ticket was on the dashboard and they sent me a mail with photo of my car and saying no parking payment is made and violated parking requirements.

They are threatening in the mail saying that if I don’t pay the fine, then they considered in default and assigned to a debt collector.
This is insane!

I don’t know why there’s a lots of bad reviews here about this place. I come to park here all the time when I wanna go for a walk. And it’s cheap and never I had any issue here. You just have to pay and leave the receipt in your dashboard visible so whoever checks can see that you paid.

Like the parking but noticed that they keep changing their prices so false advertising 🙄 was good at first 16.00 for evening special but now 40.00 for 24 hrs.was the cheapest one you could get and also at times have special event at 30.00 when there's nothing going on

Wow. I just called and talked to a nice man. I need to park my Silverado with a cap. He said to call that morning. He said $45 to $60. I carry mobility scooters. So that cost is fine with me. I do not expect to park free in Chicago. Thank you to that person that called me back after I left my name and number. At 81 years young he made my day.🤗

Not only did we pay $40 just for 24 hours, we got locked in by cars that the manager allowed to park on the roads you use to get out, not allowing us to leave at will and having to wait 10 minutes for him to remove the cars. DONT EVER PARK HERE!!

Avoid this place I paid to park here and stayed under the amount of hours I payed for! They sent me a ticket in my mail with threats of taking me to Collections if it wasn’t paid.
