I had order balloons to be ready at 4:30 the day before. It wasn't ready. And the lady can't remember her name just the last letters LA keep answering the phone I get it. Phone is busy. Shouldn't you help the person in front of you waiting for there order. That should had been ready. But what was the whole point putting the order ahead of time . I could have just got in line and order them right there and then. Then get to my car a balloon pops! Don't even have time to go back in the store. Because I'm running late I don't even live in that town.

The employees are not so friendly. It's pretty organized and there is a wide variety of party supplies. But their prices are a bit high.

They need to get on their pick up time , it’s ridiculous that you come from hemet and let them onow you are on your way and end up waiting more than the drive back home , their inventory is great tho

You know I was last minute shopping for Halloween costumes bc the two I ordered on Amazon were too small. I am haunted by the covid 20's and need the XL size. Party city actually had quite a few costumes and even for those of us who love food too much. Lol very happy I ordered it online and was able to pick it up. They only had the XXL size but I made it work. Now I can eat more candy at oogie boogie bash!

This is a party city. Questional costumes and every color plastic plate you can imagine. Any gathering is guaranteed to be a gathering after a trip to a party city. And i have to give it up to the ladies working in the trenches, cranking out balloon orders. Are they top quality? Its party city, you know what youre getting into. Will i go again for whatever event im hosting next? Where else can i go? 100% will be visiting again.
