Well organized place. The signs are clear enough that we can find the stores we want to see. Parking lots are fine. It charged but cheap. Suggest staying here for 2-3 hours because the State Street near by is so cozy. There are many restaurants you can try.

Santa Barbara Downtown is a charming place to have a great weekend with family.
