On Saturday, February 16th. I was fully picked up by a staff member in the middle of the store. This is only the second time I have had an altercation with this staff member, the first time I was hugged unprovoked. I think my kindness towards the workers was viewed as vulnerability. I was basically manhandled and squeezed to the point of pain by a grown man at this store. Me being a female and a MINOR, this was very uncomfortable and scary. Safe to say I will not be coming back to this location. Some workers need to learn boundaries with customers. Absolutely gross.

I was at this store. Purchased five 12 pack sodas which were buy 2 get three free. Used wrong number and got charged regular price. Asked the cashier if she could refund it and recharge it. She looked that she got upset. When she was doing the refund she was talking to the security guard. So what she did was refund me what I paid and charged me extra sodas. When I talked to the manager he didn’t understand what I was talking about. Then he said we owe u 7 dollars. But my daughter said I was being charged 14dollars. They gave me back the 14 dollars. I wanted to get a refund and get the sale price. But this people refunded me the money that I paid for re did the charge and charged me more money. I called corporate and they are stupid as the managers at the store. Just read your refund receipts you can save money.

Poor food quality. I bought this on Friday evening and on Saturday afternoon it already went bad.
Poor customer service. I tried to report it on the Pavilions app and the page to report kept logging me out. I called the customer line and the call was cut.
Store director called me and was chilled about the whole situation and told me he doesn’t report to corporate… and kept missing the point, it’s the not about money. I complained so they are aware and take the bad food off the shelf! They won’t even concerned that I already stomach the other slice earlier of the day!!!

I'm glad there's a Pavilion in the Culver City area I usually have to go to further cities to get certain quality our food are variety but this location makes my life easier and I love their fresh tarts .. baked items, seafood, marinated meats and ice cream

I have been going to this Pavillion for a while, I have a choice to drive to any Starbucks or walk in to Pavillions where this Lady from Belize makes your day by how she makes you feel when you approach the counter, so welcoming and great customer service skills. I'm a former Nordstrom employee so when I see great customer service skills I take my time to recognize that special individual since it's hard to run into people like her... on the other hand you have this Hispanic Lady that has taken my order before and it's always towards the end of the week , so rude no customer service skills at all . That's the type of people you have to have behind the scenes...stocking because they are not friendly. I got to the point that if I see her at the counter I'm skipping Starbucks that day. I mentioned to a checker about her and I was told I'm not the only person that has complained about her so she must be really connected somehow with someone in power if it's still happening. Sad!!!

I went in to the bakery this morning to grab some of their amazing, delicious donuts and Salvador/Salvatore introduced himself. He was super sweet and really amazing!
