Charlton is the man, nice guy, takes care of business and is upfront. This apartment is the best value for your money and has more beautiful grounds than the $5,000 apts down the street. Beach is also down the street, no brainier.

We worked with Adam and The Pearl team on a resident event and it was such a pleasure working with them. They provided an amazing evening for their residents at their gorgeous resort style pool and we were so happy to have been included on their special evening!

5 stars for Damien in the leasing office. He has been friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as we took multiple tours upon applying. We were approved within a day which has taken a lot of stress off. We’re very excited to live in this community. We have friends who are current and past residents who continue to vouch for the location, amenities, and very affordable price for the area. It’s an older building and while there were a few incidents last year involving construction and an unhinged tenant, these things can happen anywhere. When considering the safety/walkability, amenities, dining/nightlife, and cleanliness, you really can’t pick a better place!

The lady security here is very, very rude!! she takes tenant's photo's whatever you are in the pool or on the tennis court without asking for permission!

If you are care about your privacy, it is not a good idea to live here.

Very nice place to live. It's walking distance to restaurant and the beach. It has a swimming pool with barbecue area and a Jacuzzi. Gym. Convince store. Tennis & basketball court. Small playground. Clean community. Friendly staff and security.

I've been living at the Pearl for several years, and have really enjoyed the community and staff (on-site residential staff and maintenance team). The newly renovated apartments are fantastic, and renovations will continue for other apartments and amenities. For the price, the Pearl offers a great value for Marina Del Rey in the best location.

If I had to think of the happiest memories in my life it would be the summers we spent at the Oakwood (before Pearl) that would come to mind. Sunday brunches, movie nights,parties by the pool. Friends we met each summer from around the world. Cherished memories that we revisit in our minds each day. The best location ever!!!(are Einstein bagels still there I know Islands closed) I'm sure you are just as spectacular and I hope one day to revisit that is why the 5 stars.
