I love this store. All the staff were helpful. The woman who uses the translation tool is very sweet. She helped me pick out a gift for my fiancee and explained everything in detail. I love going to the store when I come to the mall.

I already have issues with going out in public. The last thing I really needed was the owner showing me the teas and acting kind, then saying "You should drink a lot of green tea, you'll loose a lot of weight" while looking up and dow. at me condescendingly. Both my friend and I were stunned at this. We wandered around the store since I still wanted to look and then promptly left. I was considering purchasing a statue and my friend a tile set. I will not be stepping foot in here again.

Very helpful, friendly staff. My husband bought me a gorgeous silk robe last Christmas ( full length). Today, he bought me this adorable good luck cat that has a moving arm that looks like it's waving.

Owner acted very "suspicious" towards me for my entire visit. She wouldn't stop watching me as I looked around the store, I was only there for 5 minutes.. I think she was afraid I was going to steal or break something? Add absurdly high prices for otherwise generic products and you've got yourself a VERY unpleasant shopping experience.

Take it from me, you can find any of the stuff there for way less online and you won't have to deal with being profiled the whole time

The owner hounds you. If you touch anything or even look at something she starts asking if you're going to buy it and even with consistently telling her you are shopping and asking her to let you look she continues this. She even goes so far as to act like you are doing something wrong by asking to be allowed to shop. She says shes trying to do you a favor...would have purchased something had I been allowed to look for even a few minutes. Take your business elsewhere.

The woman that hadn’t known much english was extremely nice to me and so was all the staff, they explained to me what the products had meant and the meanings behind them. And they had also given me a discount. It’s a really beautiful shop.
