A car full of Road trip/Vacation belongings, 2 dogs, and a talking parrot We had a roadside car emergency, flat tire, and pulled into the first available, safe parking lot, off of the 476 highway. We asked an employee if it was ok and safe to replace the flat with a spare, in the parking lot. We picked an out of the way corner and did the job. Unloaded everything on top of the spare onto the their parking lot, and began the replacement. Everyone that witnessed me replacing the damaged tire for a spare donut...came over, and offered to help, or provide water or phone for help or some other sort of assistance. We are, quite able 75 years old seniors, and able to manage on our own. A very helpful and kind staff, and island of refuge for a traveler.

Looks like the road workers in West Conshy are through Peco. I tried so hard not to come up the closed right but I didn't know any other way to go and an African American man who works for yall was extremely rude to me. He should be fired. He obviously has no manners.

So much construction on the power lines just to still lose power and not get anything fixed for hours. PECO might actually be the most useless company ever made.

Highly disappointed with my experience under this company. I have been without power tons of times, where technicians know there’s an issue and ignore it. Power lines will sit in the middle of intersections sometimes for a day or more. Customer service is always rude and snappy when you call to try to even just know how long it might be. You’d think they might know right!? Haha, well they don’t. As a matter of fact without people reporting it MULTIPLE times they don’t even have a clue half the time it seems where the lines are even down at or anything? What do we even have to pay this company for? Do you get reimbursed for the groceries that you might not be able to save? Or the electric you can’t use during the time and anything that comes along with that? As far as I know, that’s a fat negative. Almost all companies like this one, and many others value money, nothing else. Become self sufficient: Generators, solar panels, anything but, to rely on a 9.8 BILLION dollar company to supply you with anything worth your money. GIANT SCAM, if you’d ask me. RE-POST: Putting this review here as well as the corporate office. This would be the direct supplier of the area I have had issues.

These guys are busy they work hard those telephone poles are like God knows how much they weigh but they're huge and they hold them in special trucks and in this less storm there was a lot of polesi hit.
