Coffee not ready upon arrival. After waiting over 5 minutes return to counter to find that it had been sitting at the end of the counter employee was too busy to deliver was on his phone then outside vaping when he should have been working. A cleanup of the service station was in order trash overflowing from the bin debris all over the place. Clearly employees do not value their jobs Nor good customer service sadly

I take back everything I ever said about Peet’s coffee. The coffee today was cold and I get the same thing every time. Who knew coffee could be so cutthroat I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN A PEETS AGAIN ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE’S A STARBUCKS IN THE SAME PLAZA. + THEY DON’T TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES WELL. F- for Peet’s who will never be as big as STARBUCKS! NICE TRY SUCKERS

Huge shoutout to the staff working here during the power outage. They were working so hard to get orders out to people quickly and it felt like all of Alamo and Danville was there getting their coffees. Staff was keeping their cool, getting orders out and communicating with each other.

Update. Store's gone downhill. Drink's quality has gone down. What's the deal with the training? It's like the barista has only been there 2-3 times and had someone else complete their training for them ?.

Peet's is the best. I drive across town to get the perfect mocha. Not too sweet like the other bucks guys. Always over tip because it's important to support the staff. Thanks for being so cheerful and welcoming.
