I love the brand Pendleton and have been back to this store these passed months as I am a flight attendant. Jennifer is such a lovely lady and I love how they let me take my time to sink in all the beautiful products and even calling overseas to share the store. So I will be back next Friday and love to see the employees again. Such a good customerservice, ambiance and coming back feels like coming home!

What makes for a solid shopping experience is solid staff, and this Pendleton is where it's at. Alan and JB were absolute gems when it came to helping me find what I needed, and even assisted me with a lengthy return.

I'll be back for sure, even if it's a bit of a drive. The store is well stocked and even has sale items visibly marked for anyone's budget. Really humble people with really great service. Thanks again guys, and keep hiring awesome staff @Pendleton!

So excited to have a Pendleton shop back in Marin county! Great selection of the best Pendleton has to offer and in a shop run by the sweetest, nicest ladies since See's Candies! They are helpful and cheery and always greet you with a sincere smile and welcome. The only negative: how much money I will probably be spending there.
