We had a fantastic experience! The lady at the counter was incredibly patient with us and allowed us to sample as many perfumes as we wanted, and we were curious about a lot of them. She gave excellent recommendations based on our preferences, and we ended up purchasing over $300 worth of perfumes. We took advantage of two deals they had going on. I can’t wait to try them all out!

I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a perfume from here, and when I tried to return it within the 30-day window, they refused. They claimed that since I bought it at 3 PM exactly 30 days ago and it was now 7 PM, they couldn’t accept the return. The return policy clearly states 30 days—how is this even fair?
Moreover, the guy at the counter was so rude( short guy).
Never going to purchase anything from them.
Stay away if you can!

FAKE FAKE FAKE !!

The perfumes here are all fake, they don’t last for more than 30 minutes. They give really good offers, but they are all FAKE. Just flavoured water, nothing else.

Just think, why would high-end perfume makes sell for lower cost

Dont buy from here just to save 30-40 bucks, buy from reputed store.

I regret buying an expensive perfume from here yesterday. The box didn’t have any seal wrapper on it, the salesman Hector claimed that the perfumes of this brand aren’t sealed. It turned out to be a false statement when I looked up online afterwards. They also stamped on the receipt that perfumes of this brand aren’t returnable. I was in a hurry so I didn’t pay much attention. I most likely ended up with either a used or a fake item.

I was there 4/8/2023 with my sister the stuff her name is Selina is literally insulted us instead of showing the perfume she has the worst customer service I have no words how she treated us badly she was yelling, clamming , laughing and insulted us unfortunately she is also manager never never go over there 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

And in today around 2 pm. It was older lady working so I asked her how much is big bottle of Aqua the Gio Absult and she is like $128 +tax I was like wow could swear I pay $100 + tax a month ago and she is like in sarcastic way it’s called inflation and she was looking really funny at me like I can’t afford it. Made me feel super uncomfortable and I left store. She has no person skills. Will not go to this store ever again. On line shopping. If I could give 0 stars I will
