Very Bad experience… not a good place buy anything at this Montclair store. If you buy there, you can not get a refund back on your credit card even if you bought within 5 mins of purchase. They don’t have a reason why, says it their policy. Not a good practice. If I had the power to shut this store down I would.😡🤬 They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Bought a perfume for my girlfriend because it’s her birthday soon and the guy there was cool he let me smell every single fragrance I wanted to smell didn’t have the ones I wanted to smell like angels share but that one is hard to find anyways, but the dude was cool and I got charged for 114 when this perfume is about 140 the shops prices and everything else changed over the years, it’s was a cool/fun experience there I would recommend the place and if you’re wondering the perfume is 100% legit like I said I would recommend it especially because this mall is so small and has limited shops this one is more unique as it has different fragrances and options to choose from.

This place is awesome, if you like to be riped off. Or puting it bluntly take it in the but. I bought my wife a high price peace of crapp for Christmas, I asked the sales lady what was the hotest perfume right now she sold some fake stuff my wife never heard of she took advantage of me and took me for 150.00 when we took it back with the receipt they would not even exchange it it was a Christmas gift. They took our money and said oh well. So we're asking to please spread the word this place has third world country manners the manager would not even come, mind you again we were not even asking for the money we were asking for an exchange. T

They sell fake perfume and the manager or owner was rude to my wife whose disrespectful and rude to a women first off. The place is a fake just as the owner is. He didn’t offer a receipt. Customer service sucked. Bought the real perfume at Macy’s and u can tell the difference by a lot and I will show him and that place from the box to the bottle.

Reporting this place to the authorities in the morning all because he wouldn’t give me my 100 dollars back for the fake perfume he sold us.

Place is a joke along with the workers.

WORST experience ever!! The seller was so rude .. At the beginning she refused to return back the perfum I got saying that they only do exchange and it has to be exactly the same price.

She wasn't helpful when I asked her to help me out finding another fragrance with the same price .. Each time I ask her about a perfume she gives me the large bottle price (Which of course more than the price I'm looking to exchange) to pay more.

Finally, when I finally exchanged with another perfum she told me rudely this is the last time to exchange, you can't exchange again & she printed "VOID" twice on the receipt .. How RUDE a seller can be!!

Though all their prices are highly expensive than other well-known stores.

Very bad experience .. Will never return to this shop again .. Don't go.

For the owner, well the seller you are paying is really rude to your customers. And your system about the refund and exchange doesn't make any sense and it's the worst ever. Enjoy your store!!

The lady was very helpful while I was shopping for my anniversary gift for my fiance. I smelled like 10 fragrances n she had patience. Ended up getting him Versace and picked up some Jimmy choose for myself.

This place sells cheap perfume for expensive prices. They are dependent on people who don’t know classic perfumes. Don’t shop here, spend your money wisely at high end shops.
