Very disappointed. My coworkers had a huge birthday bouquet delivered to my school and everyone was impressed. The next day the sunflowers, hydrangeas, and the pink and purple flowers were wilted and dying. I called them, they said it was a designer’s choice arrangement , and they couldn’t replace it yet because of a funeral; totally understandable. They delivered a bouquet that was 3x smaller than my original bouquet. The delivery person was very nice, and she said the original bouquet was given more flowers by the designer and this is what I should have received. And the poor lady was asked by the florist to take back my original bouquet! Wow! They got a lot of free advertising by having it shown off at my school, but apparently they weren’t going to get any free publicity delivering a replacement to my home, so they didn’t bother honoring their original design. Very unhappy, but it didn’t dim the thoughtfulness and joy I got from my grade level team and their generous gift!

Very disappointed with this shop ordered some flowers this morning got em delivered not to long ago supposed to be for my girlfriend now I’m embarrassed to even give her this BS if this is how you guys run this shop yall should be closed down SPENT ALMOST 100 bucks for this BS flowers aren’t even in place correctly and flowers don’t even look healthy they don’t look like the picture as described at all you guys are lucky I just got home from work and you guys closed already I would off returned em back my self so quick if u guys weren’t closed -0 stars if I could BIG SCAM!!!!!!

I am completely in shock of how the ”owner” handled my order and cancelled because I was told my order would be delivered at two different times through the day and she could not answer when her driver would be able to deliver an order that was placed first thing in the AM for “same day delivery” service as described online. I contacted the business after my order was placed and already was given an attitude by this owner and let them know I needed them to be delivered before 4 pm all she stated was mine was for delivery in the first batch but come 4:15 pm my delivery was still not completed and all she said was well I will refund your money and tell my driver not to deliver the flowers and hung up. Horrible customer service on her end being an owner. This was my second order from this business and I should’ve learned the first time when that order was delivered late as well. This order was for a fellow coworker on her LAST DAY OF WORK so timing was everything for us.
Update they delivered the flowers at 4:40 PM but nothing of what we expected the order to be. We specifically chose “Telefloras POSSIBLY PINK” no where in this is pink from the wrong vase to the orange flowers and the orange bow!! Horrible horrible experience!

My sister ordered Mother's Day flowers from me. She lives in a different state, but Perky flowers is in my city. My arrangement is breathtaking! The pictures don't do it any justice!

So unprofessional! I went in to get my wrapped bouquet and heard and saw a young girl getting yelled at. The customer next to me told me that the young girl was trying to working on his bouquet. He stated that he always requests the young girl. The yelling made all of us customers uncomfortable. This is so unprofessional and seems like a hostile environment!! After seeing other reviews it seems the bad ones are recent. I've never seen the older lady there! The young girl is always so nice and does an amazing job on my flowers, as you can see from my previous review. No one should ever be treated and yelled at like that, especially in a work environment!

Mother's Day Floral Shoppers Beware.
I ordered my mum an arrangement via Teleflora, and it was sent to this shop. When the flowers were delivered to the recipient they were then replaced (no reason given onto why a new arrangement was delivered) later the same day. The second arrangement was not what I had ordered and had flowers that were already brown or dead in the arrangement. It looked like the arrangement delivered had been given to someone else and then replaced the one given to my recipient. (photos attached for reference). Additional frustrations- when ordering with Teleflora I did note to not put any white flowers in arrangement and both arrangement had white flowers (the recipient does not like any white flowers as they remind them of funerals and has experienced great loss recently). Full disclosure I did receive a partial refund from Teleflora, but have still escalated this to their CEO's office to ensure this florist is held to the high standards Teleflora is known for.

Excellent flower shop with gorgeous arrangements. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful.

I left more than happy with the perfect arrangement for the occasion.

I went it this shop super last minute, looking for a beautiful yet simple bouquet for my best friend’s wedding and these ladies were amazing!!! Super helpful, gorgeous flowers, and amazing price. Truly saved me and my best friend loved them! Highly recommend!
