There is a guy name called peppito at front desk. This guy doesn’t know how to behave with guests. Store will loose customers if you keep entertaining this kind of guys. Worst ever response. Will be the last time I will be visiting this store

I start a new job soon and needed a new, more professional wardrobe. I went into Perry Ellis at great mall in Milpitas and told Chris what I was looking for. He was super helpful in taking my measurements and helping me find fitting shirt and tie combinations. One of the most helpful employees I've encountered anywhere and I really hope he earned commission on what I purchased from him. Great work Chris! Thanks for making me look good!

Bad business ethics. I wanted a blazer but there was only one piece in my size and it was defective: Play around with the front buttons for long enough and they'll pop right off. Asked if they could give a discount. The manager says it's not a flea market and the best they can do is give 10% off but then there would be no returns or exchanges. I told him I can't accept the deal and that this is a bad customer experience (keep in mind this is after I just bought a pant and a vest for a total of almost $50). He just says okay. Doesn't seem to bother them that a long-time loyal customer had a bad experience. They just want to make a buck.

I have been to a lot of stores and worked in retail myself for over a year, and today was the worst customer service I have ever seen or received. I walked into the store and no one was in the front for the first 10 minutes and when they came out I was not greeted or acknowledged until I went up to the employee. When I told him I wanted to return my suit he told me to wait for the manager and that took another 10 minutes of being completely ignored. I ordered my suit online but exchanged it at this same location for a different price. I came in to the store only with the online receipt and she would not accept it and told me I needed the exchange receipt. I asked her if there was anything at all she could do for me and she answered only with one word, “no.” She did not apologize for the inconvenience. She did not give me a number for corporate or customer service. She did not even attempt to explain why she couldn’t accept it although the prices remained EXACTLY the same. She kept saying “I can’t help you, we can’t do that anymore.” I will not be shopping at this store again.
