dissapointed in the staff. Charged me for a pet tag I didn't want, then pointed at the no refund sign after I paid. And the information they printed on the tag was incorrect as well.

When I came in with my other Asian friend, the owner/ guy working said to another customer “looks like the tourist bus just dropped by” (ther was no bus and not a tourist spot) when we both had dogs with us so obviously local too. So didn’t feel right supporting the shop and walked out.
