1 start not because of the smell. I appreciate they washed out my trailer after unloading. But come on, they took out my load locks and never put it back in, even the one against the reefer wall to prevent pellet from hitting the wall.

Check in at office at end of drive way. You will get unloading slip. Drive around back of plant through washbasin and get on scale. CD Chanel 22 and let them know you're on scale l. Pull off and you unload on left side. Pick any open door.

I’ve been here multiple times and never had an issue. Everyone saying it stinks no it smells like chicken it’s not tight to get around plenty of space, and the staff has always been professional. If you are having a different experience your the reason

Of course, it smells like rotting flesh, and it's disgustingly filthy. Got a load coming here? Well then, be prepared to be astonished at the lack of motivation and communication. You pull up walk to checkin then proceed around the back of the plant to drive on scale and wait to be waved on then go ahead and get someone's attention because they don't do anything else but look at you like you're an alien and finally go back on the scale and wait then back to the check in office for signed bills. If you got a CB, keep it on ch. 22.

Takes several hours to load for no real reason., the places is crowded and it is very hard to maneuver around all the trailers and trucks. Very bad experience here. I see no reason why it couldn’t have been handled in a different way.

Went in for a delivery and got right into a door... it's a little tight... go in scale, it's one lane when you go around the plant. Dock doors on the left. It does smell bad, but its what it is took about an hour to unload, and they wash out your trailer after unloading for free. Great place to deliver. Great job, guys, and gal's!

Directions were good. Getting in to load seemed to take a long time. Once they started loading, it was okay. Loaded half at one spot, then finished loading on a scale to stay legal. Getting the bill of lading took a long time. Spent over 4 hours 40 minutes. Not a very efficient operation.
