I used the self bathing station! nice facility but I might recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. My dog got a skin issue from the ones they provided. But the tubs and drying station is very clean and sanitary!

Owen went above and beyond to help me get my large rescue dog a suitable harness. The dog tried to escape, and Owen offered to carry her out to my car--an 80 lb dog! This store always has the best, friendliest employees of any pet store in the area. Bryan, too, was helpful and patient with the antics of my newest pet addition.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the grooming service. We had a 9:00 AM appointment and arrived at 9:07 AM due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite being only seven minutes late, the staff refused to accommodate my dog and displayed unprofessional and rude behavior. This level of inflexibility and discourtesy is unacceptable. I will not be returning and advise others to consider alternative grooming services that value their clients and understand that minor delays can happen.

It's a little too expensive for my blood. I went there for dippers for my 112lbs Rottweiler, but they don't really carry anything for a large large dogs manly big to small animals, which is what their main demographic is. If you have a tiny animal and don't mind spending an absurd amount of money, then this is your place.

Honestly, I am devastated. I spent $100 not including tip to get a half-groomed dog back. I know my dog is nervous around groomers but this is the only time I have ever experienced something like this. The groomer was so nice and she seemed confident she could get his matting out. What I got, however, was a dog with a shaved back, a bald spot on his head, a ratted/uneven face, and his belly completely untouched including the matting around his neck. Not only was the cut uneven all over but it was like she just forgot to do the bottom half. Again, she was very nice and I know my dog is anxious but this cut is unacceptable. I wish I said something when I was there. The photos really do not do it justice. I added two photos to show you what he looked like before.

When you have had enough with the bigger chain supply stores & prefer more of personal experience for your pets choose Pet Supplies Plus in State College. I think it’s cool the have a bathing section to bath your fur baby. I want what’s best for my pups because they are my world & Pet Supplies Plus is there to help

I had a wonderful experience with this store, I was in a rush and had to get to the train station in a hurry. I initially got the wrong size carrier, they returned the money to my card without any words and generously helped me with the assembly process of my new hard carrier. Sorry I didn’t get the name of the nice cashier with gorgeous hairstyle, anyway thank you soooo much you helped me saved a lot of time!!!!:)
