I've used Pet360 (previously National Pet Pharmacy) for at least 5-10 years for various pets. They consistently have among the lowest prices online. Ordering and reordering is a snap. Once I set up my vet info in the system, I can re-order in just a couple clicks. I never use auto-reorder so I've never had the problems others describe.

I thought this would be a simple process to get my pets medication's but this has quickly turned into a three ring circus! I was told two days ago that PET 360 received the fax from my vet and that the medication had been shipped out to only get an email today telling me you still have not received a fax back from my vet! This is funny when my vet also confirmed faxing back the prescription several days ago! Someone at this place does not know what they are doing and this has quickly turned into a bigger headache than I needed. I will just drive to my vet for now on. I cancelled my order and I do not suggest doing business with this place because apparently no one knows what the hell they are doing here and they just tell you different stories depending on who you call and talk too. I will never try to order from this place again! A HUGE waste of time for me! Oh and now that I am posting here, I sure do wish i would have looked at their other reviews before making my initial purchase. Now I see why i had so much trouble. This place is horrible!

Pet 360 and Petfoodirect are the same company with the same shady business practices. They don't notify their customers of price increases on Autoship orders, don't warn about recalls, and will be nasty with you on the phone if you complain. They have over $49 dollar free shipping, but then they'll just increase the price of the food to nullify that. Genius money-making scheme, but really poor business practices. Doesn't really win the trust of the customer. Avoid like the plague.

Ummm, never again. Customer service was unbelievably unprofessional. The only reason I decided to give this a try is because the closest PetSmart to us is 45 minutes away and my cat needs prescription food. I placed my order two days ago and they have yet to send a fax to my vet at PetSmart asking for the prescription approval. When I called customer service asking why they hadn't yet, the lady sounded like she was either high or just rolled out of bed. This will definitely be my first and last time using Pet360 services.

Pet360 is awful!!! I ordered a flea and tick chewable tablet for my dog and all I got was trouble from this company. I ordered on Tuesday and still three days later I still didn't receive my order with customer service stating need a approval from my vet for a flea and tick tablet be serious!! I called my vet to fax over records which they did but that wasn't enough for them even my vet laughed at their process. Customer service was not very helpful at all and I ended up canceling my order since this seems like it will take two months to get it and he needs it now.forget it Pet360 I will never order here again.

Be careful!
I ordered a wireless fence system with an extra collar. the extra collar shipped, but the fence system didn't. when I called them they told me that all I ordered was the collar. .NOT TRUE! my invoice says "FENCE SYSTEM". So now they are going to send me a label so I can return the collar, and the fence system is no longer available. the customer service person said the system was $500 - agan NOT TRUE. I can order the fence system from the manufacturer - with the extra collar for under $300.
I thought these people were great. I will NOT be ordering from them in the future. I now hope I get my refund!

Hi,

I just received my first order from Pet360 and I could not be more impressed with this company. After placing my order this past Sunday, I called them on Monday to ascertain how long the catfood would take to arrive. The customer service people could not have been more receptive or polite and I did feel that they really did want to help.

And help they did, my order arrived today, just 3 days later (on Wednesday). I must say that Pet360 EXCEEDED ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS. THANKS YOU Pet360 for doing a GREAT JOB!
