for a chain store a+ also only place around for miles that has salt water fish, fresh water fish and reptiles here are great prices too bad the inverts are way over priced.... well maybe thats for the best id own them all otherwise...any how great selection of stuff for all you godly over rule of your fuzzy or scaley prisoners

I was crushed when I saw my dog. The bruise on his neck, and tic on him when he just had Sampranica treatment for tic and flea at the vet a few weeks before coming here. Photos of him before and after grooming service with the extra package.

My dog wont go anywhere else. Literally. Shes snapped at other people and was blacklisted at one place.
I am not going to mention her groomer cause they are literally the best & I don’t want them to be too booked that I can never get an appointment. They do such an amazing job & we are happy yo tip well every time.

I took in my fur baby on 10/25/24 for her grooming appointment at 9am. I dropped her off around 8:40 a.m. She got the SAME thing done from her last appointment on 08/23/24 with the SAME groomer. Funny thing is the first time around the groomer remarked that she didn’t even realize my girl (8yr old Maltese) was a 3-legged dog until she worked on that side of her. Well, long story short this second time around didn’t go so smoothly. My girl isn’t a large breed dog or a double coated dog for her to be at the groomers for an extended period of time. I would know; since, I own a Husky and know firsthand how long it takes to get him groomed. However, baby girl was stuck here for 7hrs!!!! Totally not acceptable at all. I called in at a 4hr mark and was like I haven’t received any update on Akira. Well the groomer stated she was being “patient” and giving her breaks cuz she’s 3 legged. Excuse me?! You’re making up this excuse of being more cautious grooming her the SECOND TIME around and didn’t have issues the 1st time?! Yeah, I don’t buy that bit at all. You were clearly overbooked that day and decided to put my dog that had a 9am appointment on the “back burner” and work on others. I already filed a complaint with corporate. Never have I had issues going to Lodi/Stockton locations. However, Manteca location definitely needs to do better!

My sister brought her dog in messed up his hair horribly bad and cut his nails so short when he walks two nails bleed. We did baking soda to try and get it to stop and it doesn’t that’s how bad it is on bothe back nails! Do not go to this place for your pups!!!!

TOOK MY 4 YR OLD TO VISIT AND SEE SOME PETS .MY KID WAS SO DELIGHTFUL SEEING THE CATS ,FISH,SHRIMP, SNAKES,BIRDS TURTLE JUST TO NAME A FEW ,ITS A MUST TO GO FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS. I PERSONALLY FOUND THE PRICES ARE TOO HIGH TO OWN A PET FROM HERE BUT THE ENVIRONMENT IS WELCOMING.
