These guys/gals are awesome. Very nice people. They got me in right away for service. And got me on my way right away and they were honest. No b.s. from this dealer. They even hooked up the computer a second time to tell me what my check engine codes were, and gave me a printout, and didn't charge me the second computer hookup. I highly recommend this Peterbilt dealer. They're good people.

My boyfriend was broken down and stopped at this Peterbilt recently. He was billed over $13,000 and it appeared that this repair shop changed several parts before they founded what was really Wrong with the Truck! A mechanic named-Shawn who worked on my truck trailer air supply line was left loose and was not installed correctly. Also, he fixed an air leak on my airbag and did not install that properly. They knew exactly what was wrong with the truck and proceeded to change unnecessary parts! I feel like this dealership was a scam and showed prejudice behavior toward me. Truckers if you are Black never stop at this dealership—find another dealership! Expensive and poor ass work was done!

Yeah these guys are a lifesaver I'll tell you I blew an airbag out on my tractor it popped is so loud I thought somebody shot at me so the next morning I called and they were closed on Saturdays but the guy came out and sold me what I needed got it and I replaced it got it fixed and everything within an hour and a half so I really appreciate their time and what they did Price was good and I got me back on the road

When you have work done at a Peterbilt dealership, you expect any dealership to warranty the work. The fact that you won't, makes this owner operator never want to have work done at a dealership ever again.

The4th time in 4 years the Dozer censor to go bad. The first 3 times in outside shops saying they had to rebuild everything, over $7k.
Peterbilt said that was B/S! They only charged me just a tad over $1500. and just one day in the shop. The other shops would take 7 to 8 days just to make it look good.
Been driving almost 60 years, owned several Tks, this is my first and last Peterbilt! Can’t keep it out of a shop. Pure dam junk

8 days to swap out a radiator! Took them 3 days to pull it in and diagnose it. They definitely don’t get in no hurry here!
