This place is awesome! Workers are incredibly friendly, and make you feel welcomed the second you walk in. I usually go for bearded dragon supplies, or for my pet cats, never had a bad experience here! You can occasionally come across really cute finds in the back of the store. I recommend heavily, and you're always supported here! -Daily customer :3

Hi everyone well I’m coming on here to say petsense grooming is so wonderful my pup Natasha is so beautiful but she gets dirty. lol what dog doesn’t. I all take my daughter’s pup there as well and I’m going to share photos with all. This is what the wonderful ladies at the grooming department can do. Plus there is never a time I walk in or out mad or disappointed we walk in with a smile and out. And I’m in there weekly and the consistency is wonderful for Natasha cause she knows her friend Dani and she loves her. Thank you Dani you’re such an amazing woman.

I have three dogs of various sizes, ages and coat lengths that needed to be groomed before the holidays. The groomers at Petsense in Cottonwood were very accommodating and were able to squeeze them in. One of my dogs had recently had a bad experience with another groomer. I alerted Ashlynn to this and she suggested a probiotic shampoo treatment for my dog. All three of my dogs looked and smelled fantastic when they were done. My dogs also seemed very comfortable with the grooming staff. The staff was patient with my shy dog who takes a little bit to warm up to new people.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they clearly love dogs. We will be back!

Ashlynn & Dani in grooming are just the best! I’ve been bringing my little guy, Rumi, to them for the last 3+ years and they take such good care of him every time. He loves going to see them!

A few months back, Rumi had broken a nail by accident. It was on a weekend & none of the vets in town were open - I was so lucky to have them squeeze me in to get him fixed up before we could get to the vet so that he wasn’t in so much pain. Even then, he was so calm with them.

I took my dog to Dani, she did the best job giving him a full body haircut, and bath. He looks better than he has ever before! She was efficient and communicated with me, 10/10 will bring him back to Dani!
