5-STAR EXPERIENCE! Rocket and his team are top notch. They are professional, helpful, experienced and thorough. I hadn't been on a bicycle in 60s year (motorcycles yes) so the technology is now completely different. Rocket and Jeremy (Siloam Springs) both spent the time to get me up to speed on a few bikes to get the right size and fit and help me find something I liked. It was a great experience in my opinion.

The chain on my mountain bike broke shortly after starting to explore the relatively new WOKA trail system. Many thanks to Darren and crew at Phat Tire in Siloam Springs for stopping what they were working on and installing a new chain for me in a matter of minutes. Great service and attention from the Manager for rental bikes at the Siloam Springs, AR shop. I had mentioned needing some rentals and the manager proactively followed up with me a few days later asking how they could help in getting the bikes reserved. I would definitely recommend checking out Phat Tire for all of your biking needs.
