This place is a gem!!! Hungry for a cheese and steak today and they did not disappoint! I can tell this place has been around many years. And from the looks has not changed much. To me that's a good thing. I got old school family 1980s feels when I entered! Simple menu. A person taking my order, no fancy kiosks! I loved it! The service was great! Friendly and fast!!! The food, the reason we go right! Well you will be happy with this cheese steak! Perfect! Huge portion! Delicious authentic! Must stop!!!!

This place is a well respected neighborhood institution, and I appreciate their vibe. The service is very friendly too. It’s a solid cheesesteak. I’m not blown away, and it’s a fairly average sandwich that you can probably get something comparable from your local pizza joint , but I think they’re worth a try. This is a steak with fried onions & American cheese.

Great staff, very friendly. The Hoagies and Steak & Cheese were delicious along with the fries. This is the 1st shop that I've seen with a dine in area with the vibe of a man cave and a very clean restroom. I will travel the 2 hour ride from Maryland again soon!

The service is phenomenal!
The employees are very friendly and engaging.

They have a separate dining room and it is full of sports memorabilia.

On to the food.
At first glance, the cheesesteak looked dry, but in my first bite, BOOM. Flavor.
Overall, it was a tasty cheesesteak. Cracked into my Top 20.
My only gripe was the portion. It was a bit smaller than expected.

The hot sausage was also very tasty, but my goodness, every hot sausage I've had up to this point in my life were long sausages, but this was a mini.

With both purchases, the portions were a bit disappointing, but overall the taste was good.

The.place is exactly how I always remember it. The local cheese steak place and more. I just had a large Cheese Steak w/fried onions & mushrooms... OMG!
"OUT OF THE PARK DELICIOUS!" And the large will comfort 2 adults for sure! They really are "THE BEST." You got to hit this place. You will be glad you did.

Best steak and hoagies I have ever had, was kindly greeted. The place feels like home. Order a Philly cheesesteak, which was prepared fresh and delicious. Also got to enjoy an amazing hoagie also freshly prepared, I hope to come around again, best food ever, will recommend to anyone I know to visit here.

One of the better cheesesteaks I've ever had. Chopped finely the way I like it, with cheese in every bite. The eating area is great for sports fans. All types of memorabilia. You can feel at home and relax on the couch as you watch TV. A great place to take your family and friends to enjoy a desirable staple and hangout.

I'm pleased to say the cheese steak's here rivaled any of the iconic, celebrated steak shops I visited in Philly. I stopped here on the way to Delaware - real easy diversion. One of the better atmosphere's as it has wall to wall Philadelphia sport memorabilia and has a staff-family vibe.
