I came from Aruba last week for the shrimp fest. & The girl with the blond braids (her name was Sherice if I’m not mistaken ) was working this particular day & I must say services was impeccable. I’m so Drawn to great attitudes. She also was working alone this particular day and she was very graceful and faultless. She introduced me to a particular drink called Frankenstein and it was so succulent & delicious that I came two more times after for that specific beverage. Very pleasant and positive start to my morning.

I recently attended the Hangout Festival and in between partying and enjoying the atmosphere my wife and I stopped off here for a coffee. The waitress who served us, a young Jamaican girl was amazing. She was polite, professional and really friendly. I forgot to get her name but she really is an asset to the company.

The food and coffee was delicious and served promptly making it the perfect way to unwind and relax.

My only complaint was the attitude of an older Indian gentleman who I assume was the manager who seemed to take great pleasure in doing nothing whilst continuously berating his staff who were all rushed off their feet.

I actually tried to speak to him and lighten the mood but received a sarcastic remark about tourists telling him how to do his job. Furthermore he was extremely unsettling in the way he kept staring at my wife. We are both disabled and found this extremely upsetting.

I loved the venue and the festival was amazing my only advice would be to switch the staff around. Promote that waitress and hide that creep out the back so he can't make anymore customers feel uncomfortable.

Pier 33 will not disappoint! Everything you want, need, or just have to have all on one place. Great location that is nestled in Gulf Shores main drag this grocery store utilizes every square inch of space to provide the utmost In selection for every customer. Groceries, towels, sporting goods, games, dry goods, apparel, sweets, Ice cream, cakes, pies, bait, ice, meats, dairy, and even Icee's. Great customer service, made us all feel at home while we were shopping. Make sure you stop in an visit Pier 33.

This place is overpriced on everything! The items are marked at a price of 35% and more. We bought few things anyway and then did not use couple of things that we did not open (Vicks and cough drops). At first cashier told me that she will do the return after she rings up all other customers. Then she started the process of return. She did not know how to complete the return and went to get someone to help her. The lady who came to help the cashier said they would not take it back even though the sign only said no returns on beach stuff/toys. Vicks and cough drops are not not stuff. She said the manager told her no returns on anything. When I pointed out to the sign that it states only no returns on beach and not everything she told me to come back tomorrow. I have wasted my time and we will not come back there. Avoid this place if you can.

5 minutes of beach time on our vacation and my wife got stung by a jellyfish. Google said vinegar followed by hydrocortisone. Stopped by Pier 33, they had both (and a few other things we needed that Walmart didn't have) and some kind of Jellyfish Sting lotion that worked really well. They were friendly, well stocked, and for being a five minute walk to the beach the prices were not bad.

I'm a local photographer in the area and was needing a place to park since my clients were staying in the Oceania across the street. The owner was kind to let me park behind their store for the hour timeslot I needed to take the photos. Our community is great place to work and live in. Do make sure that you contact and talk with the owner and don't just park there due to seeing this review. This review is a thank you and I recommend doing business and spending your $$ at this establishment.

Stopped in here this morning to grab a snake for work. The blonde girl working seemed like she was high and was completely ungrateful for the change left by a customer in front of me. Repeatedly saying, "Oh joy, what's 1.53 going to do for me?" She was appalling to deal with and seems to hate her job.

I visit this store daily and every single time I receive a friendly greeting. Just makes my day! Everyone that works there seems to love their job and their customers. They have a wide variety of pretty much everything you need plus super cute souvenirs! My favorite general store!
