I just had my Abilene office furniture delivered and had a great experience. The process started with Stacie in Sweetwater and was completed by the delivery staff in Abilene. Highly recommend Stacie as she saved me a lot of money by paying cash and working with me on my office and reception area furniture needs. Once I purchased the furniture, Christen's warehouse delivery staff were extremely careful with unloading and moving the furniture into the new location. Highly recommend Pierce Furniture in Sweetwater and Abilene.

We bought a dinning table and chairs months ago, (around the last of July) and we have not received it yet. The sales lady is very nice and told us it would be about 8 weeks for delivery. We keep calling and we get a run around every time.
In October we called asking about the table and she told us it would be another three weeks.
November is here and we just called again today and there is another excuse. (She has to call big spring)
The sales associates there are very nice, but I have been more than patient with this company.

Thought I would give this place a try and make a purchase. I would not recommend them, if something is wrong or your having trouble with your purchase, they won’t do anything about it. They will give you the run around and say let me get back to you, this place is not that busy to ignore customers. I strongly suggest to not buy from here!
