Pilot Air has a great response time and follow thru. I’ve recently had some duct work done and a Bosch heat pump that all needed some fine tuning. I appreciate the detail and expertise. Recommend for sure

I am very happy with the service I received from Pilot Air. From start to finish Lee was very professional and answered all of my multiple questions. The crew with him were also very respectful and courteous. When the city inspector came to inspect the install he asked me who had done the install and stated that the work was some of the best he had seen. I got four quotes from four different contractors and Pilot Air was the best price/value by far. The sales man that I worked with was John and he was a pleasure to work with as well. I can’t say enough about this group. One of the best experiences I have ever had.

Can’t say enough good things about this company! Very professional and on time performance. The quality of the installation of my new Bosch heating and air system is top notch!!! Amazing the attention to detail and all cleaned up when they were finished. Great company and even greater people to work with! I HIGHLY recommend you ask for John to come help you pick out what system suits your needs and to get it all dialed in and make SURE you ask for Lee for the installation process. They will outperform your expectations!

Jacob and his assistant was great!! Our furnace wasn't working and I called Pilot Air at 7:30am and they were here at 10am. It was a very cold morning. Jacob explained what he did to fix the problem and made sure it was working correctly before he left. The price was good and we are very thankful. Great job and thank y'all very much!!
