Crystal and her team do an amazing job! My family has used this florist for years, and we have never been disappointed. Most recently in April, Crystal did the flowers for my daughter's wedding. The flowers were over the top. She totally nailed my daughter's vision. She is very easy to work with, and she truly cares about her customers! She made great suggestions for flowers so that we were able to stay within our budget. I highly recommend Crystal! She is a blessing to us!

Two days before my 16th anniversary I go to several different businesses today that sell floral arrangements. To my dismay, you can't find tulips on a Friday afternoon. I stop in at Pilot Mountain Flower Shop which is where I learned about the tulip shortage. I'm sweating at this point, the ladies in the shop said come back in an hour. Skeptically I come back in an hour and they have designed this amazing arrangement with silk tulips. This arrangement was so amazing my wife started watering it because she didn't realize that they weren't actually living flowers. Thank you ladies of the Pilot Mountain Flower Shop!!!

I had reached out to Pilot Mtn flower shop a few months before my wedding to see if they could do my flowers- stressed and nervous that I had waited too long. But, Crystal got back to me in record time, and although she already had two weddings scheduled for my date, she squeezed me in anyway! This was such a relief and I was so grateful she made it happen! She made sure to verify the look I was going for, went over all the details, even let me add last minute greenery to my order, and made the most beautiful arrangements and arbor pieces! All the flowers were delivered and waiting for me at the venue when I got there! SO thankful she helped make my day so special! I highly recommend Crystal and Mt Pilot Flower Shop💕🌸
