Plenty car/truck parking. 71 spaces, 13 reserved (get yours online) 2 truck handicap spaces. Store is clean with a Subway. Staff is wonderful! Janet is helpful and knowledgeable about the great things coming to location. Justin, perfect and pretty salad. Showers, washers and dryers. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!"

Hit ? parking lot is a little rough and not the biggest pilot lot you saw. Don’t be freaked out by the fuel pumps reading ads out to you be careful driving out as there is some big holes on the road. They mostly use your scan machines here to pay. There is also a SUBWAY® inside and a bit of renovations going on. Bathrooms are a little cramped, but mostly OK. All the coffee machines were out when I was here, let’s hope that is just a single case. Overall, it’s not the worst truck stuff, but I would prefer they fix some of their inadequacy. Does get a bit busy during the day, but I did not have to wait too long for the pumps. They have the usual showers washing machines, drinks and snacks just like the other pilots.

Superb customer service!!! Tommy was/is the definition of what customer service should be and feel like. Though self checkout machines are present, I was still greeted warmly, as if I was a human and mattered.

Typically, when an establishment has those machines installed, the reps are less engaging with customers. However, this was NOT the case here!

First time I ever felt like reviewing a truck stop. Fuel pump is a fuel pump, although tap reader is a plus. But I have never been so welcomed by staff at a fuel station. Kudos to all the friendly cheerful workers. Sure added to our energy level on a long road trip. Thanks!

So I decided to give this stop a 5 star for one reason only, that is the picture of the towel setup in the shower room I got this morning. Too often as truck drivers we take these truck stop showers for granted and unfortunately at times you walk into a shower room and you can just tell that the person doing the job of cleaning these shower rooms just doesn't care about how important their job really is or maybe they don't realize... Well thank you to whomever has this job at this location!!! I know you care not only because the room was super clean and even smelling good but moreso because you went above and beyond to show that in your setting up of the towels! God bless you for blessing my day with such a small gesture!

I was ringing up my ice in the self checkout when the short slightly overweight cashier who looked about 55-60 years old named Randy starts to ask me how I am doing, while I am looking at my receipt trying to remember something, so I guess I didn’t acknowledge him fast enough so half way through his sentence he raised his voice in a loud obnoxious power hungry way, trying to embarrass me, and make me uncomfortable. I said I’m good how are you and started to walk to the shower , while he starts mumbling to the other cashier in a hateful way like he is talking nasty about me, while he is staring at my behind. Then as I am leaving, he again is staring at my behind as I’m walking out the door. I let him know he is very rude and disrespectful. By the way, I am a customer, it is my decision if I want to respond to your greeting. I was busy thinking about something else, minding my own business. He did not need to try to put on a show to embarrass me in a store full of people. You are a cashier, not a cop or any type of person in power. I am a paying customer who deserves respect.

Please try this Pilot shower. The shower room is small, but the service is completely different from any other Pilot or Flying J. The shower here has two large towels and bottled water. The truck parking lot is small. But if you are a lucky driver, please park at this Pilot. And I want you to try the shower at this Pilot.
