Great experience! I was looking for some rocking chairs for my mother for Mother’s Day. The team here were fantastic at helping me out, taking measurements of the chairs, etc. They carry Troutman rocking chairs, made in NC, very high quality. I was very pleased with the experience, Elliot was super helpful, he helped to clean the dust off the chairs and load them up in my truck. My mom was very happy with the rocking chairs, I highly recommend Pine Level Hardware & Furniture!!!

This is my favorite furniture store thus far. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I am very appreciative of the delivery guys as I changed my find a few times about placement. The furniture is absolutely beautiful. The quality is awesome as well. This house is finally starting to feel like a home. I definitely will be returning to purchase more items.

We love our new table and could not be more impressed with the quality! Solid wood and beautifully crafted for a reasonable price. Delivery was very affordable and they delivered within two hours of us leaving the store (we live within a 20 min drive of the store). Delivery men were punctual, polite and friendly. They went above and beyond by placing foam pads on the bottoms of chair legs to protect our floors.

Beautifully decorated for their Christmas open house Oct 27-28. So much to choose from for the holidays as well as lots of sofas, chairs, lamps, accent pillows and more.

Beautiful Furniture, and displayed well. Prices a little high, more expensive brands. The turn off was the lady working the store. I think she may run the place, I didn't feel welcomed or that I fit in. The gentlemen working was very personable, but the lady made me feel like I was less than.

The lady working this store is rude
and derogatory. She acts as if she walks apparently on clouds, eats off gold plates, and that you are a peasant. If you want to be made to feel like you are nothing .....walk in this store. If you want a shopping experience that makes you scratch your head, with enough helium in that ladies ego to fly a bus....go see for yourself. If you believe everyone deserves a little respect when considering where to spend their hard earned money you may not have a good experience. If you want nice furniture that will hold up.....I would go anywhere but here.
