The staff were nice but this store is extremely picky! I brought a bunch of fall items, name brand, excellent condition. Anywho, they bought 6 pieces from me for $19. It was a 2 hour wait for $19 really?
Upon check out, my child seen croc charms & he grabbed 4. She told me it was $10. $10 for 4 charms at a thrift store? I immediately had him put them back.

Don’t waste your time.
Sell on your own or donate where it’s needed.

Absolutely fantastic finds, lovely employees, and great music. You can find some of the best clothes that can rock your body. Cute shoes that are genuine show stoppers and jackets that make you feel (and look) like a million dollars. Take a peek if you can!

My husband tried to take a bunch of stuff over for consignment. We were there around Halloween for some costume stuff and I was shocked at some of the prices on very used/worn stuff. The husb bought a pair of high top, beat up vans for $35 so I figured they’d accept our very lightly worn and good quality stuff. They made him wait 3 hours and then didn’t buy any of it. Didn’t give him a reason just they didn’t want it. Wouldn’t go there again even for a Halloween costume- overpriced, poor quality and won’t accept stuff that’s good quality? I don’t get it

this plato’s has always been a hit or miss for me, i always bring in at least 2 bags and they either take everything or give me back everything. i would say i always bring in name brand items that are in great condition and today after a 1.5 hour wait I got $40. that included 2 pairs of abercrombie pants, aritzia, h and m, american eagle and a few other items. considering how much they overprice items in the store and have clothes that aren’t in style or in good shape, it’s difficult to be happy with what i received. i would always bring my clothes here but this is the last time i come 🙁 consider selling on depop if u have great name brand items that’ll sell for more!

Love the employees that’s my store 💕 😉 I usually catch all the new products more than used that’s always a deal 😊 esp on the shoes I actually jus got a new pair 😊 👍🏾 💕 my girls there are cool and nice and great customer service skills I even brought slurpees to them one night they were working hard putting all the clothes and shoes away that’s like a small Walmart lol

Sadly a very unorganized Platos. Clothes not in the right size. Only two dressing rooms open. The staff seemed nice. But the store was very small and dirty feeling.

I’ve been here about a year ago, walked in got a cash offer with in 30 minutes no problem but was told usually I would have to call ahead. Went in again today but this time I called ahead of time. I drove 40 minutes just to be told they are giving only store credit but if I want cash I can wait about 3 hours till the manager arrives. I was disappointed just a waste of gas for one small bag

Was visiting out of town went to check out this consignment store. Immediately when you enter this store was so messy and disgusting. Clothing on floor , and huge buns of clothing in the middle of the racks. There were a few single shoes on racks and you couldn’t even find the other pair. Was expecting more disappointing .
